debian-edu-config: cleanup from kde3 references

Hi,

so the following references to kde3 (kde4 was already part of wheezy) can still be found in d-e-config:

Can they all be removed? wpad-extract should stay, but to which path should KDEDIRS be changed?
what about etc/desktop-profiles/debian-edu-config.listing
